We don’t import fragrances as this can affect the quality of the product – you may receive a product that does not last as long, or does not smell identical to what you have sampled on the high street or in a department store.

We do not sell fragrance ‘testers’ or damaged stock.

A number of online retailers who sell fragrance via the internet sell testers at a reduced price (when compared with the genuine product). Testers are in fact provided free of charge to retailers, and are designed only for in-store use. Testers come in plain packaging, and have the words ‘TESTER’ or ‘DEMONSTRATION’ printed on them. Often they do not come with a lid, and on occasion the styling of the bottle differs from a genuine product. Typically, there is also no cellophane wrapping to indicate that the product has never been opened.

Likewise, a number of online fragrance retailers sell damaged stock – usually where the box has been damaged. While this may not affect the appearance of the bottle, there is no guarantee of this.
