A Kate Moss fragrance has been rumoured for some time now – this is now confirmed! It has been announced that Kate Moss will launch her first fragrance – Kate – in conjunction with COTY Beauty. The debut Kate Moss fragrance ‘Kate’ will launch in September, and will be available from Gordons Chemists Online.
COTY Beauty are the fragrance giants behind several other celebrity fragrances, including David Beckham’s Instinct, David & Victoria Beckham’s Intimately His & Her fragrances, and the Kylie Minogue fragrance range, which includes the new Kylie fragrance Sweet Darling, and her first fragrance Darling which was Gordons Chemists best-selling online fragrance last Christmas.
Steve Mormoris, S.V.P. of Global Marketing for COTY Beauty, described the Kate Moss fragrance as "a mix of elegant and risqué." The fragrance will be infused with smoky rose and black undertones, coupled with a vintage English feel. The "complicated floral" scent will reflect the duality of Kate Moss – the Kate Moss fragrance "captures the two sides of Kate: the good Kate and the bad Kate," said Mormoris.
