They are used to construct and maintain the membranes and components of all living cells in the body. They are used as a raw material from which the body makes a range of biological messengers which control many different bio-chemical processes.

What are these antioxidants?

Hydroxytyrosol - (one of olive oils polyphenols) has the highest level of free radical protection activity ever reported for any natural antioxidant compound measured on the ORAC scale (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity). Oleuropein - 6 Times more powerful than vitamin C.

What are the effects of these antioxidants in the body?
